How does it work?

RiskLookout is a system for evaluating and tracking risk. Users regularly complete a simple checklist (below, top) to check for the introduction of problems and receive instant feedback in the form of a risk level score (below, bottom-middle) and map of threats and mitigations (below, bottom-right).

Data from each evaluation is saved along with the project's outcome and other characteristics allowing users to track the status of their various projects (below, left), create project-level reports, and aggregate data to gain insight into organizational performance and behaviors.
